NOTE: Connie's technical infrastructure partner, CRISP Shared Services (CSS), provides continuous 24x7 monitoring of the Connie Infrastructure, leveraging real-time proactive alert notifications to the Connie team. If the Connie Portal is experiencing technical difficulties, you will be alerted when you log into the portal.
TECH TIPS
Here are a few tips to help enhance your Connie experience:

Consider reaching out to your organization's IT Administrator to check if they are experiencing any network or operating system performance issues.

Contact your HIE Administrator if you are having trouble logging in. Your HIE Administrator manages all Connie user accounts at your organization and can often troubleshoot many user access issues through the HIE Admin portal.

We recommend using the latest version of Chrome to access Connie's portal. Connie's portal is supported by most browsers, though some browsers function more effectively than others, especially if you are using an older version. If you encounter difficulties, try reloading a page, clearing your cache, testing the portal in a different browser, or downloading the newest version of your existing browser. If you are using Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, you can quickly clear the cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window. Be sure to close/quit the browser and restart it after clearing the cache and cookies.

If you are having trouble remembering your password, you can reset it on the login page. Select "Reset your password," and a new window will open, asking for the email associated with your Connie Portal account. Enter your email and select "send link." You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. When resetting your password, clear the cookies and cache if the browser is unable to log in.
