Email templates, social media content, press release samples, and FAQs enable you to confidently communicate your connection with Connie and engage stakeholders.

 

Step 1 – Get Registered​

Submitting this form kicks off the connection process and assigns an account manager to your organization.

 

Step 2 – Sign Legal​

Review and sign the necessary legal documents, including the trusted data sharing agreement and applicable use case exhibits.

Step 3 – Send Data​

Work with your account manager and Connie’s technical team to complete technical onboarding activities and training. Visit our website to access the Use Case Implementation Guide for navigating the development of new or existing inbound interfaces to Connie.

Use the Training Guides and communications toolkit provided below as resources to get your organization started and let stakeholders know your organization participates in the statewide Health Information Exchange.
